Wallet Engaged includes customers who have used their personalized Vehicle Wallet experience. These customers have utilized their Vehicle Wallet experience to view offers, shop inventory and/or review their current vehicle information.
Website Engaged includes customers who have visited the public dealership website through their monthly update email, Vehicle Wallet or identified via fullthrottle.ai new audience generation/ShopperSuite.
These two labels can be found in Lifecycle/Previous Customers - under the Sales or Service screens, under Total Shopping Customers tab.
