How to Submit an Idea

• Getting to Innovation Assembly Channel
  • In MS Teams go to "Your teams" on the left side, navigate to FullThrottle Company > Innovation Assembly
  • Either start a New Conversation to submit a new idea or contribute to existing idea by replying to the conversation thread
• For every new idea, please include the below details:
  • What is the idea?
  • What is the business opportunity of the idea?
    • e.g. decrease churn, provide additional ROAS, sell to new vertical etc.
  • Who benefits from the idea?
    • e.g. how much incremental revenue, how many clients will utilize
  • Please attach any links, screenshots, mockups (napkin drawings welcome), etc.
• Ideas will be reviewed by Product Team during each Mission, and will reach out to facilitate additional discussion if necessary
