How to confirm Smart Mail Tactic is active in Campaign

  1. Reference article Campaign Page Navigation to get to campaigns.
  2. Viewing the Campaign on Campaign Page, see the following icons to reference Smart Mail running vs. not running.
    • Campaign Status: Must be set to 'Running'.
    • Tactics: Must include the Smart Mail icon.
    • SmartMail: Used Quota/TotalQuota. Here you can see how many mailers have gone out (used quota) so far in the duration of the campaign.

  1. Click on the Campaign Name to easily get to the Outcomes Page filtered to this specific campaign. Here in the Outcomes Page shown is the mail creative that ran for the campaign. Additionally, the used quota / total quota. The Marketing icons in teal = that tactic ran in the campaign, any tactics in grey = that tactic did not run in the campaign.

    Additional feature to check if Smart Mail is running, go into the 'Edit' button for the campaign on the right side of the campaign name.

    Then, scroll to the Tactics & Ads section to see the Smart Mail tactic status. 

    • Running = Smart Mail is LIVE
    • Not Running = Smart Mail if OFF.
