When are Previous Customer Audiences Available

Campaign Goal for 'Customer Reactivation' is available when an advertiser has connected to DMS or Safematch data has been uploaded with Goal 1 or Goal 2 matchbacks available.

If Safematch data has been uploaded but no marketing has ever run, the Campaign Goal for 'Previous Customers' will show as 'No 1p Previous Customer Data Connected' and unable to select. Instead, find Previous Customers audiences available under the Awareness + Traffic Campaign Goal.

Requirements for Previous Customer Audience Segments to show in both campaign goals of Awareness + Traffic and Customer Reactivation:

• DMS connection or Safematch uploads with matchbacks.
• If General Marketing client, marketing tactics have ran in the past.
• If Automotive client, Lifecycle has ran.
