Exporting audiences has gotten more accessible and now is available in more places through the fullthrottle.app and IMC experience with the Audience Export.
There are the four spots new Audience Export dropdown will be available:
- Previous Customers Sales Lens & Service Lens
- Previous Customers Appointment page
- Previous Customers Audience Generator Beta (Audience Composer)
- New Leads / Specials List – replacing the CSV button
note: this does not involve any New Audiences audiences
This allows users easy access to audiences to deploy campaigns for the following platforms & services:
- Display campaign audiences
- CTV/OTT
- OLV
- Google campaigns
- Facebook campaigns
- Email campaigns
- Raw customer data directly from the platform
