Overview: Automotive Dealerships can now see if new in-market automotive website shoppers were previous customers of the dealership with DMS Historical Integration. Automotive Integrated Marketing Cloud - you can see view into the entire customer profile with all vehicles, zero party data preferences, and service history.
Where can I see it: You can see the previous Customer match on Household List as well as the Household Profile
When clicking through the Previous Customer link you see the entire Household Profile
To enable, Dealership must have either Lifecycle Acceleration or Integrated Marketing Cloud implemented
